The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hurley takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Derek Hurley has been cut.
Deveraux uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Deveraux throws a right hand that Hurley ducks under and follows up with a left that Hurley also avoids with ease.
Hurley takes one to the chin there.

Hurley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Deveraux's waist but Deveraux gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hurley off to one side.

Hurley seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Deveraux shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Hurley is backing up but Deveraux catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Hurley covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Deveraux Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Luc Deveraux opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.

Cruz feints with a jab and clips Harrison right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Harrison is sent crashing into the canvas and Cruz leaps in for the kill! Harrison tries to get to his feet but Cruz is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Harrison is in need of a savior and steps in!

Ernest takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
