OK we're going to have a standup here. Jorn Anthriel hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

David closes the distance and clinches up with Anthriel, looking for a takedown. David pushes Anthriel against the ropes but Anthriel circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

David tries to bum rush Anthriel with a series of wild strikes but Anthriel uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

David throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Anthriel's waist but Anthriel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing David off to one side.
David scores with a one two! Anthriel had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

David is working for a takedown up against the ropes. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Anthriel throws a head punch that misses.
Anthriel lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of David backwards.

A short right hand to the side of the head by Anthriel.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
David misses with a punch to the body.
David is working for a takedown up against the ropes. He can't get it on this occasion though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

David escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Anthriel cracks David with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends David tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Anthriel pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! David is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
