Vera misses with a few strikes there.
Vera lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Vera swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice uppercut lands for Vera. That snapped Stark's head back.
Vera throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Stark.
Vera will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Stark needs to keep his hands up - Vera had a free shot at his head there.

Operhalski throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sakalas tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Operhalski is in Sakalas's guard.
Sakalas should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Operhalski trying to control the position from guard on top but Sakalas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sakalas is looking for a triangle but Operhalski pushes his legs off easily.
Sakalas is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Operhalski defends well.

Brisk is breathing heavily.
Gunnarsson cracks Brisk with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Gunnarsson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Brisk to stand back up!
Brisk takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Gunnarsson throws a right and a left that both miss.

Brisk takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Brisk seems to have got his legs back now.

Brisk is holding his hands too far apart here. Gunnarsson throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Brisk is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!

Teitur Gunnarsson decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
