Singh shoots in and drives through. Andres sprawls well.
Some wild striking there from Andres.
Singh shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Andres counters with a nice kick to the body.
Andres looks for the body kick but Singh saw that one coming.
Andres throws an overhand right that lands on Singh's shoulder, as Singh tries to avoid the shot.
Singh shoots in looking for a takedown but Andres manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Singh's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Emilio Andres has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sid Singh.

Kasumi swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Franz Beckenbauer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kasumi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Beckenbauer fails with the takedown
and Kasumi counters with an inside leg kick.

Kasumi throws a low kick, looking for Beckenbauer's leg but Beckenbauer calmly moves out of range.
Beckenbauer shoots for a double leg takedown but Kasumi sprawls well. He's pushed Beckenbauer's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Franz Beckenbauer. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Beckenbauer changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kasumi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Beckenbauer thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Beckenbauer has hold of Kasumi's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Kasumi tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Beckenbauer cranks the arm and Kasumi screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Kasumi, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

No joy there for Prince, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Prince enables Father to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Prince manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
