The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Polski.
Polski connects with a body shot that sends Silva's belly button to the back.
Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
Silva fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Silva shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Polski napping and manages to drive through into side control!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
