The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clemente shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as SIlva sprawls well. SIlva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Clemente gets slowly back to his feet.

Paulo SIlva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Clemente gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
