Makuszynski throws a looping overhand right but Case ducks down to avoid it.
A combination from Makuszynski does no damage.
Makuszynski leaves Case with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Case moves away from the strike by Makuszynski.
Makuszynski tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Case throws a head kick but Makuszynski moves out of range.
Case tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Makuszynski manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Case shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Case was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Makuszynski turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Case off and cradles Makuszynski's limp body as Case celebrates with his corner.

Bingham closes the distance and clinches up with Francis, looking for a takedown. Bingham pushes Francis against the cage but Francis circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Francis misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Francis throws a sloppy head kick and Bingham moves out of range easily.

Francis shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Bingham is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Francis is covering up but some of the strikes from Bingham are getting through and doing damage.

Bingham is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Francis has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Bingham has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Francis taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Bingham doesn't care though - he's delighted!
