The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alamar shoots in for a takedown but Lei shows good takedown defense.
Lei misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lei tries to score with a low kick but Alamar moves his leg out of the way.
Alamar checks a leg kick nicely.
Lei missing with a left hand there. Alamar was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Alamar shoots for a double leg takedown but Lei sprawls well. He's pushed Alamar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Foster rolls with it to try and escape but Alleman cranks on the arm and Foster is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

I think Jones might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Welcome to the Terrordome. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Luther Price!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by Price.

Jones shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Price's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Jones trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Price is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Price not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Jones sitting in guard here, content to control.
Jones seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Price for as long as he can get away with.

Rocky Jones has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Price displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up but Price swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jones jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Jones looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jones moves away from the strike by Price.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jones feints and as Price raises his hands in defense, Jones changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jones is working Price over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Price wants to sweep here but Jones controlling him for the moment.
Jones slips nicely into half guard.

Jones is working for a submission of some sort.
Jones drops an elbow to the side of Price's head.

Jones wants to work for an arm triangle but Price is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Price is trying to get back to full guard.
Price trying to control here.

Well, if Jones is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Price moves into full guard.
Price is looking to sweep but instead, Jones has passed into half guard.
Jones perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Jones is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Price defends it well.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Price is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jones is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Jones working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Price is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marabou throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Marabou tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Morgan paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Morgan scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Marabou fails to land the takedown.
Morgan cracks Marabou with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
A left and a right from Morgan both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Gary Marabou has been cut.
Morgan throws a right and a left that Marabou avoids nicely.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Marabou fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Morgan manages to avoid it.
Marabou has a takedown stuffed.
Marabou thuds his right hand into Morgan's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Morgan with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
No luck for Marabou with that takedown attempt.
Jason Morgan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gary Marabou.
Marabou shoots for a takedown but Morgan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Marabou looks gassed!
Morgan connects with a body shot.
Marabou has his takedown stuffed
and Morgan makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Marabou walks into a stiff left hand from Morgan.
Marabou is trying desperately to land a takedown but Morgan is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Marabou.
Morgan lands a slapping body shot.
Morgan bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Marabou's head backwards.
Marabou drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Marabou doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Good shot there by Morgan.
Morgan lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jason Morgan!
