Nielsen swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

Nielsen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sanchez manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Nielsen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Sanchez.
Oh Sanchez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nielsen connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sanchez's hands.
Nielsen tries for a takedown but Sanchez sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nielsen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sanchez takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Nielsen throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Sanchez's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Nielsen dives in looking to finish as Sanchez flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Nielsen's strikes! Nielsen is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Sanchez's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Sanchez was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gray misses the jab.

Gray chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Fabbri can pounce on him.

Fabbri shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gray pinned against the cage. Gray gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Gray creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Fabbri with a big uppercut! Fabbri tries to clinch up but Gray pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Fabbri to the mat! Fabbri covers up and Gray unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
