The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morse looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dong shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Morse defends it nicely.

Dong is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Morse's half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Dong wants to stand up but Morse manages to regain full guard.

Morse working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dong doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dong manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Morse escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

OMalley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Grzesiuk paws at him with a jab and circles away.
OMalley connects with an inside leg kick.
Grzesiuk has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Grzesiuk bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Grzesiuk throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for OMalley because Grzesiuk loaded up on that one.

OMalley is looking to improve his position but Grzesiuk isn't that keen on the idea.

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jasper Wilton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael MacRoberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacRoberts has chosen Pretty Vacant by The Sex Pistols as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jasper Wilton had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Wilton seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. MacRoberts shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Wilton is backing up but MacRoberts catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Wilton covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! MacRoberts Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

In his post fight interview, Michael MacRoberts started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
