Davis comes into the arena with Bottoms Up by Trey Songz f. Nicki Minaj blaring out of the sound system. Couture has chosen Amazing as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Davis with that takedown attempt.
Couture misses with a looping left.
Davis fails with a takedown attempt.
Couture thows a body shot but no joy.
Couture stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Couture wants it to stay on the feet.

Davis closes the distance and clinches up with Couture, looking for a takedown. Davis pushes Couture against the cage but Couture circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Davis jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Couture manages to avoid the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Davis thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Davis tries to score with some ground and pound. Couture controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Couture avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Davis.

Couture throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Davis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Couture screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

In his post fight interview, Randy Couture gave a big smile as he said '~Couture walks around the cage flexing before taking the mic~ Hey is Davis okay?... You okay Davis?... What the hell am I thinking that clown will be ON queer street for another five or ten minutes! YOUR DAMN IT STINKS IN HERE, IM THE SHIT! You awake yet Davis? Somebody call 911!'.
