The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zeke looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Nugent is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Zeke sees it coming and defends easily.
Zeke wants to control but Nugent is keeping busy.
Zeke is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Nugent is staying active.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Zeke lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like Ryan Nugent has been cut.
Zeke lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nugent circles away quickly and effectively.
Zeke paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Zeke escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nugent gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Nugent stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Zeke swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Nugent wants to stand but Zeke has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Zeke working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Nugent doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Nugent manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Zeke has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Nugent doesn't defend quickly enough and Zeke has managed to lock this one up! Can Nugent escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Zeke on a fantastic submission victory.

Lei lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Papageorgio crumples to the floor! Lei milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

Well Hei has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
