Mondeo looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Belfort!

Mondeo has control of Belfort's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Belfort regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Mondeo looking to secure an arm triangle but Belfort defends it well.

Mondeo has hold of Belfort's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Belfort manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Kahn tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mamute swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mamute lands with an overhand left.

Mamute closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mamute looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Kahn is avoiding damage well.

Mamute has hold of Kahn's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Kahn tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Mamute cranks the arm and Kahn screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Kahn, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Marcelo lands a nice looking kick to the body. Alves takes a step back to recover.
Marcelo lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Marcelo dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Alves. That did some damage!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Alves crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Marcelo - the referee stops the clock and Alves gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Marcelo. Alves manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Marcelo thuds his shin into the meat of Alves's side.
The fighters circle, before Marcelo throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Alves's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Marcelo lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

A jab and a right hook connect and Larson buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Larson!! Larson is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Caulfield throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
