Dawson grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Paneda takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Dawson cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Balboa ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Paneda's jaw. Paneda's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Balboa does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Comte Jr is on top in guard.
