Spartan Chuteboxe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vlad Stolbov.
Stolbov connects with a good right hand that stumbles Chuteboxe. Chuteboxe circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Chuteboxe! Stolbov is out on his feet! Chuteboxe rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Stolbov is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Stolbov is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Drogo drops down looking for an ankle pick but Gold pulls his leg out and moves away.
Gold walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Drogo checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Drogo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Gold is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Drogo off and has taken his back!
Drogo rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
