The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nielsen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Yang explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Nielsen keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Nielsen fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Yang looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The fighters circle momentarily. Yang darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Yang tries to bum rush Nielsen with a series of wild strikes but Nielsen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Yang connects with a high kick.

It looks like Buddy Nielsen has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Strygwyr Ghyl decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Ribera lands a nice shot that snaps Slice's head back.
Nice straight punches there by Ribera. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Ribera.
Slice misses with an uppercut.
Ribera stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ribera wants it to stay on the feet.
Ribera ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Ribera keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Slice shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ribera defends it nicely.
Manny Ribera has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kimbo Slice.
Slice tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ribera sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Slice somewhat.
Good standup being displayed there by Ribera as he connects with a hook.
Slice on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Kimbo Slice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ribera swats away the attempt to clinch by Slice.
Ribera darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

It looks like Kimbo Slice has been cut.
Nice uppercut lands for Ribera. That snapped Slice's head back.
Ribera lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Slice is rocked!

Ribera drops Slice with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Slice looks back up at him and smiles so Ribera waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Slice is still on wobbly legs! Can Ribera finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ribera is stalking Slice. Slice circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Ribera, and it's lights out! Slice really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
