Blaze escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Blaze! Rodriguez is out on his feet! Blaze rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Rodriguez is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Rodriguez is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tyson Blaze!
A very excited looking Tyson Blaze made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
