Pylkkanen scores with the left hand. Nikkenen knows he should have avoided that one.
Nikkenen bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Pylkkanen's head.

It looks like Konsta Pylkkanen has been cut.
Pylkkanen tries to bum rush Nikkenen with a series of wild strikes but Nikkenen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pylkkanen connects with a solid leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pylkkanen gets tackled into the ropes by Nikkenen. Nikkenen maintains the clinch.

Jones drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Jones seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Gaziev for as long as he can get away with.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jouko Jones.
Jones shoots in for a takedown but Gaziev shows good takedown defense.

Jones's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Roswell is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Watson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Roswell misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Watson wants to hold on but Roswell pushes him away.

Roswell with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Watson tries to control Roswell's body but Roswell pushes him off. Watson squirms to his side and now Roswell has his back!

Roswell is cranking Watson's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Watson! He's tightened the choke and Watson is tapping out!

Crahan throws a low kick but it's checked well by Powers.

Crahan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Powers jabs Crahan to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Powers avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Powers on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Crahan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Powers was well out of range. Poor timing from Crahan.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Crahan has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Crahan lands a shot to the body.

Crahan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Crahan throws out a powerful jab.
Crahan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Crahan keeps the fight on the outside.
The fight stays on the outside here - Powers looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Powers lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Powers stuns Crahan with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Crahan has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Powers finds it's way round the side to connect with Crahan's head.
