The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Puruunen checks a leg kick.
Puruunen looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Bailey tries to score a power double leg takedown but Puruunen sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bailey somewhat.
Bailey shoots in but Puruunen avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Puruunen wants to clinch up but Bailey keeps it at a distance.
Puruunen stuffs the takedown attempt from Bailey. Bailey gets slowly back to his feet.

Zavickas kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Mötley Crüe: Girl's Girl's Girl's. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Stedman Tinsdale was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Zavickas is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Tinsdale looks calm but he's in trouble here. Zavickas gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Tinsdale is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Zavickas lets go of the hold and Tinsdale can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Zydrunas Zavickas spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
