The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Bilashki misses.
Hartsikka throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bilashki sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Bilashki lands with a right hand.

It looks like Olli Hartsikka has been cut.
Hartsikka backs away from a small jab... but Bilashki lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Hartsikka crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Bilashki with a spectacular finish!

Ollila does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

The fight stays on the outside here - Ollila looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ollila takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ollila has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ollila and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Stamatis uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ollila has time to react.

That was a close second round but I would say that Athan Stamatis will probably get the nod.

Schwartz comes into the arena with Hell March blaring out of the sound system. Joaquim Williams told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Crow lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Sosnowski. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Sosnowski walks straight into a right hand from McKinley - that's dropped him! McKinley jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Sosnowski from any more punishment! Sosnowski complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
