Sirovica changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Skrilla tries to avoid it but Sirovica manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Skrilla to the ground. Skrilla escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Skrilla has cracked Sirovica with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Skrilla lands another huge swinging hook and Sirovica tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Sirovica, before Skrilla can land any more shots!

Coby Skrilla was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
