The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grishanov takes a shot to the body in his stride.

A jab from Bitaskis finds it's way through Grishanov's defenses.

Grishanov dives in and scores a takedown into Bitaskis's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Bitaskis working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Grishanov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Grishanov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Bitaskis escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Grishanov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Grishanov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bitaskis has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Grishanov has managed to get both his arms back between Bitaskis's legs - danger averted.

Bitaskis pushes a forearm under Grishanov's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Grishanov is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

McSweeny will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
