LeBraun swings and misses with a hook to the body.
LeBraun drops Rollo with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Rollo looks back up at him and smiles so LeBraun waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Igniis Rollo has been cut.
LeBraun fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rollo manages to avoid it.
LeBraun throws a pinpoint strike between Rollo's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Rollo crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and LeBraun scores a great knockout victory!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Base scores with a spinning back kick!
Reaper shoots in for a double leg but Base sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Base closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Base lands in his opponent's guard.
Base thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Base is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Base decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Reaper, up you get!

Reaper throws a strike but Base rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Base wants to control from the top but Reaper keeps moving.
Base is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Reaper is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Base with a flurry of punches that miss.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Reaper can do anything to dispel that myth.
Base wants to control from the top but Reaper keeps moving.
Base stands up and waves to Reaper to follow him.
Base shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Reaper manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Base would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Cleon Base seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reaper has his takedown stuffed
and Base decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Reaper's guard.
Reaper really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Base. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Base seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Reaper is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
