Strong rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nakuratata moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Strong looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

The crowd cheers as Strong lands an impressive looking overhand right. Nakuratata doesn't seem phased though.

Thien Nakuratata seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Strong lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

and Vengeance counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! ed has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!

Bacca comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Chewbacca Noise kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Patrick is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Curik has escaped the position, nice work there.

Patrick thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Patrick looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Curik is avoiding damage well.
Patrick throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Curik works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Patrick wants to take a breather but Curik is having none of it.
