The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chow looks to score with a jab to the body but Cuervo is just out of range.
No joy there for Cuervo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cuervo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A punch combination from Cuervo misses.
Cuervo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Cuervo misses with a double jab
and Chow counters with a straight right hand.
Chow fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cuervo avoids it really well and circles away.

Chow bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Chow is looking to take a break and control but Cuervo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Cuervo tries to buck Chow off but Chow is having none of it.
Chow connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Cuervo some visible discomfort.

Chow thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Chow wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cuervo keeps working.

That kick from Diao tenderised El Hazad's leg. El Hazad is trying to keep his angry face on.

Diao tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Diao lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. I think Duran might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Led Zeppelin - Kashmir. Senerchia has chosen If You Dare as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd.
