Monster takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Cookie Monster has been cut.

Monster shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jenkins manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Monster with a flurry of punches that miss.
Monster throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jenkins works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Monster has gone for a leg lock! Jenkins slips out almost immediately though and dives into Monster's guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brokki Leboswski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jurij Vitalenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brokki Leboswski had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 267.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Jurij Vitalenko will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.
