Almeida uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Madison.
Almeida takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Almeida loses concentration momentarily and Madison pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Almeida crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Madison finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.

Gonzaga kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Danzig - Mother. Brendan Weber will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Weber connects with a body shot that sends Gonzaga's belly button to the back.
Weber rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gonzaga moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Weber fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Gonzaga jabs Weber right on the nose. Weber blinks but takes it well.

It looks like Brendan Weber has been cut.

Gonzaga instigates a clinch.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Gonzaga.

Weber breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Gonzaga throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Weber's waist but Weber gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gonzaga off to one side.

Gonzaga dives in and grabs Weber's left leg, looking for a takedown. Weber pushes down on Gonzaga's head and hops out.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nielsen lunges at Kruegel with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kruegel's hand.
Nielsen jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Nielsen counters with a lovely straight right hand!
