Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Love is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Johnson flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Johnson is out cold! Love holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hashimoto checks a leg kick.
Hashimoto connects with a body shot that sends McNamara's belly button to the back.
McNamara takes a body punch but keeps moving.
McNamara keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
McNamara tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hashimoto scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Hashimoto misses with an uppercut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from McNamara.
McNamara shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
McNamara is looking to clinch but Hashimoto is avoiding it.
Kazuo Hashimoto is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Hashimoto lands a nice shot to the body.
McNamara looks gassed!
McNamara throws the kick towards the body but Hashimoto avoids it.
McNamara fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kazuo Hashimoto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mack McNamara.

Hashimoto drops McNamara with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but McNamara looks back up at him and smiles so Hashimoto waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

McNamara is rocked!

It looks like Mack McNamara has been cut.
Hashimoto cracks McNamara on the jaw with a powerful right hand and McNamara falls backwards against the cage. Hashimoto follows up with more strikes that drop McNamara to his knees. Hashimoto keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save McNamara! This one is all over!
