Santiago leaves Ali with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Sliva misses with a body shot.
Dinky throws a leg kick which misses Sliva's front leg but catches the back leg as Sliva tries to avoid it.
Sliva keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Dinky enables Sliva to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dinky manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Dinky bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sliva's guard.
Dinky passes Sliva's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Dinky is looking for a kimura but Sliva is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dinky to get the leverage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sliva wants to improve his position but Dinky is controlling well.
Dinky works his way into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dinky works to advance to full mount. Sliva defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Dinky has control of Sliva's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Sliva regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Dinky takes Sliva's back.

Sliva won't enjoy being in this position. Dinky looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Sliva is tapping - it's over boys! Dinky picks up the submission victory!

Faber shoots for a takedown but Chabib saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Chabib shoots for a double leg takedown but Faber sprawls well. He's pushed Chabib's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Faber bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Chabib is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Faber's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Faber rolls with it to try and escape but Chabib cranks on the arm and Faber is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Falcone throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Falcone fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Desjardins moves forwards but Falcone connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Falcone lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Desjardins has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Desjardins and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Desjardins takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Falcone rushes Desjardins and presses him up against the cage.
Falcone creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Desjardins's defenses.

That has opened up Jonathan Desjardins's cut even more.
Desjardins swings wildly with an uppercut but Falcone uses good head movement to avoid it.
Falcone throws a knee to the head but misses.
Desjardins is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Falcone is pushing Desjardins up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Falcone scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Desjardins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Falcone connects with a nasty looking knee right to Desjardins's face.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Falcone unloads a knee to the mid-section.

Falcone lands an elbow that stopped Desjardins in his tracks for a moment.

Desjardins seems to have recovered his senses.
Falcone tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Desjardins manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Desjardins throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Falcone throws a nice head kick!

Jonathan Desjardins's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Desjardins shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Falcone but Falcone pushes him off and we're back to square one.
