Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sung uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bean.
Bean tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bean throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Sung counters with a single leg into guard. Bean didn't expect that.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Sung drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bean manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Sung has Bean in his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sung escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bean gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bean decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Sung feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bean goes for a small jab and connects. Now Bean goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Sung stumbles back but Bean runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Sung to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Sung will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hyun Kim.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kim, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
