Kukuczka closes the distance and clinches.
Kukuczka is looking to control Selby's arms but Selby gets an underhook and turns him. Now Kukuczka has his back to the cage.

Kukuczka pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Selby tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Selby throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kukuczka's waist but Kukuczka gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Selby off to one side.

Kukuczka changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Selby tries to avoid it but Kukuczka manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Selby to the ground. Selby escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kukuczka shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Selby sprawls well. Selby wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kukuczka gets slowly back to his feet.

Selby is nestled in close to Kukuczka, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Kukuczka has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
