With a record of 20 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mikio Okita!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reigle tries to clinch up.

and Okita makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Okita checks the leg kick nicely there.

Reigle gets caught flat footed, as Okita shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Okita is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Reigle is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Reigle has escaped and now he's on top!

Okita shoots in looking for a takedown but Reigle manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Okita's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Okita crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Reigle - the referee stops the clock and Okita gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Reigle. Okita manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Reigle throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

and Okita counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Reigle!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Okita goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Reigle turns into him and now he's in Okita's guard.
Reigle would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Reigle knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Okita on the ground.

Okita is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nathaniel Reigle will probably get the nod.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Okita closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Reigle quickly recovers to half guard.

Okita passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Reigle!
Okita throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Okita is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Reigle has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Reigle!
