letting Unitas counter with a right hand.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Unitas lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Gunderson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Gunderson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mason forces Maddox back against the cage and clinches.
Maddox is trying to push Mason away but Mason has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Mason swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Maddox has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mason is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Mason is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Maddox is defending well for now.
Mason using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Maddox has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

I think Limberdinkle might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to BLUNT- The Iron Maiden. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Martinez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Limberdinkle's waist but Limberdinkle gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Martinez off to one side.

Martinez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Limberdinkle circles away quickly and effectively.

Speed drops Millit with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Millit looks back up at him and smiles so Speed waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
