The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelson misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Bosco counters with a left to the body.
Nelson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Nelson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Nelson tries to close the distance and clinch but Bosco swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Nelson pushes Bosco up against the cage in a clinch.

Nelson has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Bosco clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Nelson controlling well, preventing Bosco from escaping the position.
Bosco tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bosco tries to improve his position but instead Nelson has taken his back!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Chapman is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Butten rolls with it to try and escape but Chapman cranks on the arm and Butten is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Velilkov crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jacobs - the referee stops the clock and Velilkov gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jacobs. Velilkov manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
