That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Karlsen crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Frost - the referee stops the clock and Karlsen gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Frost. Karlsen manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

and Frost counters with a big head kick but Karlsen shrugs it off.
Frost throws a leg kick which misses Karlsen's front leg but catches the back leg as Karlsen tries to avoid it.
