The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Jones misses with a double jab.
Noguira with a poor takedown
and Jones counters with a nice uppercut.

Noguira is rocked!
Noguira dodges the punch combination from Jones.
Jones misses with a series of wild punches.
Noguira slips a jab and a cross from Jones.
Jones fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Noguira with a lazy takedown attempt

and Jones counters with a crisp one two that drops Noguira! Jones thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Noguira to his feet! Noguira is in big trouble!
Noguira is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him?

It looks like Neil Noguira has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Noguira backs away from a small jab...but Jones lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Noguira crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Jones with a spectacular finish!

Menard misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Waczi.

Menard gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Menard doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
A frustrated look appears on Menard's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Menard's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flame chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Scarr can pounce on him.
Flame tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Flame feints a jab promting Scarr to slip. Flame then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Scarr slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like Syd Scarr has been cut.
Nice body kick there by Scarr.

Flame closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Scarr quickly recovers to half guard.
Scarr controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
Scarr pushes Flame off looking to stand but Flame dives back in and keeps control.
Scarr is looking for a sweep. Flame is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Flame winds up and cracks Scarr with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
