The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Reynolds counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Dam shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Reynolds manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Reynolds is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dam defends well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dam got a little sloppy there for a moment and Reynolds has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dam has managed to get both his arms back between Reynolds's legs - danger averted.
