and Takalua counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Vunovic shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jackson napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Campos shoots in for a takedown but Rizzo Jr shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Frank Rizzo Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rizzo Jr lands with a nice combination. Campos backs away looking to recover.

Campos postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Campos drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Campos seems to have locked his on tight now - Rizzo Jr screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Campos, as he picks up the win!

It looks like Wakka Farplane has been cut.
Farplane shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Chiba defends it nicely.

Chiba lands a jab to Farplane's midsection.
Chiba throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Farplane shoots in looking for a takedown. Chiba tries to sprawl out of it but Farplane keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Chiba manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Chiba pounces like a tiger and cracks Farplane with a vicious hook! Farplane is down but not out! Chiba follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Tetsuo Chiba!
