The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shamba instigates a clinch.

Shamba manages to break the clinch.
Frick slips a jab and a cross from Shamba.
Shamba takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Frick uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Shamba swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Frick counters with a left and a right that stings Shamba.
Frick closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like Besik Shamba has been cut.
Frick avoids the body shot from Shamba.
Shamba connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Shamba rushes Frick and presses him up against the cage.

Shamba escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Shamba escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Shamba throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Shamba will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

A telegraphed right hand from Frick misses the target.
Frick moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Durandin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Mcabra looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Durandin cracks Mcabra with a big elbow.
Durandin fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Durandin is looking to take a break and control but Mcabra is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Durandin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mcabra on the ground.
Durandin is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Mcabra is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Durandin throws an elbow but Mcabra slips to the side and avoids it well.
