Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Isamu Minowa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Law (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Minowa comes to the cage accompanied by One Minute in Heaven. Law comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Halo kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Isamu Minowa!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Law!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Russell Pearce and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Law looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Law walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Minowa checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Minowa misses with a wild body shot.
Minowa feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Law's calf.
Johnny Law seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Minowa closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Minowa is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Law has escaped the position, nice work there.
Law is looking to reverse the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Minowa throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Law is being controlled here.
Law is trying to improve his position.
Law stops Minowa from passing to mount.
Law is looking for a sweep.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Law gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Minowa trying to control but Law is working from the bottom.
Law has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Minowa can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Minowa has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Law to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Minowa is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Law pulls down on the head and he's put Minowa to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Johnny Law!
