The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lacerda closes the distance and clinches up with Stallone, looking for a takedown. Lacerda pushes Stallone against the cage but Stallone circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Lacerda throws a half hearted mid kick.
Stallone misses with a double jab.
Stallone works over Lacerda's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Genival Lacerda has been cut.

Stallone tries to bum rush Lacerda with a series of wild strikes but Lacerda uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Lacerda counters with a nice double leg into side control. Stallone won't be happy with that.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stallone is not content to let Lacerda control the position.

Stallone really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lacerda. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lacerda is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Stallone is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Stallone wants to get back to his feet but Lacerda drags him back down.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lacerda won't let Stallone get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Koma has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Hell should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Koma has tightened it up now! Hell should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
