The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lesnar tries to avoid it but Johson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lesnar to the ground. Lesnar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lesnar scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Lesnar moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Johson is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Johson takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Johson is looking to regain half guard here but Lesnar keeps moving and retains side control.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carwin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Out tries to clinch up but Carwin circles away and keeps his distance.

Out looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Carwin lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Out has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Out and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Out shoots for a double leg takedown but Carwin sprawls well. He's pushed Out's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Out doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Carwin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Out manages to avoid it.
Carwin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Out sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Out closes this distance looking for a takedown but Carwin circles away.
Out uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Carwin.

Out takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Carwin leaves Out with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
