Tuominen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Creaturos lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Creaturos feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Tuominen sprawling to the canvas! Tuominen rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Creaturos finish him?!

Anthony Creaturos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice takedown defense from Creaturos. No joy for Tuominen on that attempt.
Oh Tuominen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Creaturos looks to land a combination but Tuominen avoids it well.
Tuominen seems to have got his legs back now.
Tuominen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Creaturos's waist but Creaturos gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tuominen off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Oiva Tuominen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Creaturos lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tuominen circles away quickly and effectively.
Tuominen shoots for a double leg takedown but Creaturos sprawls well. He's pushed Tuominen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Tuominen complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
