The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Navarro stuns Nastula with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Nastula has a takedown stuffed.
A decent looking cross lands there for Navarro.

It looks like Pablo Nastula has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nice takedown defense from Navarro. No joy for Nastula on that attempt.
Nastula could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Nastula tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Navarro paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Navarro throws a hook to the side of Nastula's head but Nastula sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Nastula bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Navarro is looking for a sweep.
You can see the frustration on Navarro's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Navarro tries to bench press Nastula off him but Nastula keeps the position.
Navarro regains half guard.
Nastula is breathing heavily.
Nastula wants to lay and pray for a moment but Navarro keeps working.

Navarro fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nastula looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Navarro lands with a right that hurts Nastula. Nastula looks to clinch but Navarro throws a short knee that drops Nastula. This one is all over!

Wonton wants to free his trapped foot but Kingston is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Wonton sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Kingston defending well though.
Kingston is concentrating on defense, preventing Wonton from advancing position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kingston has one foot on Wonton's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Kingston explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Wonton throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Wonton throws a series of punches but Kingston moves out of range.
Kingston stuffs the takedown attempt from Wonton. Wonton gets slowly back to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wonton is defended easily by Kingston.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kingston lands a big head kick that sends Wonton tumbling to the mat! Kingston takes a step backwards and waves Wonton back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Connelly fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bong manages to avoid it.
Bong misses with a takedown attempt - Connelly sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Connelly counters with a left and a right that stings Bong.

Bong is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Connelly's half guard.

Bong takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Bong tries to pass to full mount but Connelly defends it.

Bong is thwarting Connelly's attempts to control the position.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bong connects with a nice short shot to Connelly's temple.

Connelly looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bong with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Bing Bong has got the better of the ground game so far.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Art Connelly just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bong crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Connelly - the referee stops the clock and Bong gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Connelly. Bong manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Bing Bong has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Bong avoids the head kick by Connelly.
Connelly lands with a straight right. Bong didn't see that one coming.

And that's the end of the fight!
Art Connelly showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Connelly, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
