Gaard cracks Diarra with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Gaard drops Diarra with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Diarra looks back up at him and smiles so Gaard waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Diarra is rocked!

It looks like Lionel Diarra has been cut.
Are you kidding me?! Gaard ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Diarra clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!

Reyes tries to score a power double leg takedown but Beasty sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Reyes somewhat.
Reyes takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Beasty throws an overhand right that lands on Reyes's shoulder, as Reyes tries to avoid the shot.

Beasty drops Reyes with a left right combo! Beasty follows him down to the ground into side control.

It looks like Jose Reyes has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Reyes struggling a bit here.
Reyes is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Beasty's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Beasty lands a nice hook to Reyes's body. Reyes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Beasty tries to clinch but Reyes is having none of it.

He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. tiago alves is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Punch misses with a low kick as Nunu jumps back.
Punch throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nunu's waist but Nunu gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Punch off to one side.
Punch throws a head kick but Nunu moves out of range.
Punch stalks Nunu and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Nunu's face. Nunu staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Dessy Nunu has been cut.
Punch will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Nunu changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Punch looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Nunu is chipping away with strikes.

Nunu thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Nunu might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Punch kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ray Punch.
I think Punch has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Thiago closes the distance and clinches up with Tree, looking for a takedown. Thiago pushes Tree against the cage but Tree circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
