Ralf kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Frontlines. James Doan is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Obeh counters with a good, hard body kick but Ferone shrugs it off.

Ferone throws a shot from downtown. Obeh moves away and avoids it.
Ferone scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Obeh tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ferone swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Obeh.

Obeh throws a body punch but Ferone moves out of range.
Obeh throws a nice inside leg kick.
Ferone avoids a kick to the body.
Obeh is looking to clinch but Ferone is avoiding it.

and Obeh counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Ferone thows a body shot but no joy.
Obeh throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Ferone stumbling backwards into the cage! Ferone bounces back off the cage towards Obeh, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Obeh lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Obeh celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
