The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reichter takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Oden fails in his attempt to clinch.
Oden looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Oden stuns Reichter with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Oden is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Oden just misses with a punch to the body.
A jab lands there for Oden.
Oden shoots in but Reichter avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Oden connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Reichter avoids the body shot from Oden.
Oden ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Reichter moves away.
Reichter stuffs the takedown attempt from Oden. Oden gets slowly back to his feet.
Reichter gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Oden counters with a good low kick that Reichter was not able to check.
Oden fails with an attempt to clinch.

Oden shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Reichter could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Oden thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Reichter's head.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Oden looking to ground and pound but Reichter is blocking nicely.

Oden goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Reichter is on top in guard.
Oden is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Teliverty jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Marcos is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Marcos and Teliverty has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Marcos tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Teliverty has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Marcos is squirming around, avoiding Teliverty's attempts to control the action.
Marcos is trying to escape the mount.
Teliverty takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Despite being in the dominant position, Duncan Teliverty just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Teliverty fails to land with a series of punches.

Marcos scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Well Teliverty has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
jones takes one on the button.
Finnigan is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches jones flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! jones is out cold! Finnigan holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Reeves shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Haiti sprawls well. Haiti wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Reeves gets slowly back to his feet.

Reeves thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
