The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marella throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fujita.
Marella scores with a nice right hand.

It looks like Kaz Fujita has been cut.
Fujita throws a nice looking combination but Marella bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Marella swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Fujita counters with a head kick. That will keep Marella thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
The fighters circle momentarily. Marella darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Fujita is rocked!
Fujita tries to close the distance and clinch up but Marella swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Minard looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Minard is looking to clinch but Clown is avoiding it.
Minard slaps away a takedown attempt from Clown, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Minard throws a leg kick but Clown sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Minard tries to close the distance and clinch up but Clown swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Minard moves into range and clinches up with Clown.

Clown pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bo Snowflake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Rabbit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rabbit has chosen Hero by Skillet as his entrance music. Bo Snowflake had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 146.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.
