The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Runto feints and as McTeague raises his hands in defense, Runto changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Runto stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McTeague swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Runto postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! McTeague is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Runto, into his guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Runto is on top in guard.
Runto trying to control but McTeague is working from the bottom.

Runto drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but McTeague manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Runto has McTeague in his guard.

Runto is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Runto has his foot on McTeague's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. McTeague works his way back into a safe position though.

Runto is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and McTeague defends well.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Dolbakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maksim Vinogradov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dolbakov comes into the arena with Radiohead-Creep blaring out of the sound system. Maksim Vinogradov told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

James comes to the cage accompanied by Give me back my bullets. Both these guys have really solid chins.
