The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuff fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Maia avoids it really well and circles away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from McGuff is defended easily by Maia.
McGuff shoots in and drives through. Maia sprawls well.
D Maia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jonh McGuff.

Maia shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in McGuff's guard.

McGuff is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Maia is trying to work for a kimura but McGuff is defending well.

Maia has control of McGuff's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and McGuff regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Taylor has an Americana. Norris didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Taylor is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Taylor hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Silva steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Schauberger's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Schauberger just didn't come prepared.
